Used Car Expert independently checks car dealers to ensurer that their prices
are FAIR, that the quality of their stock is good and whether they offer a warranty
or any customer care pledges.
What the different award levels mean:

5 STAR award winners have met the criteria for 3 and 4 STAR
awards, but also have a special customer care pledge or do something 'over
and above' to help car buying consumers get a good deal. |

4 STAR award winners have met the criteria for a 3 STAR award,
but also offer a worthwhile warranty on most cars. This warranty may be
a minor additional cost, or inlcuded in the price of the car. |

3 STAR award winners have consistently proven that their cars
