The C-Crosser is sister car to the Peugeot 4007 and Mitsubishi Outlander. Like Coldplay these cars are competent, if slightly bland and left-field. Smooth on road with good dynamics and interior space.
The C-Crosser rides and handles exceptionally well for a 4X4 with a really impressive ride and handling balance. The interior is well built and thought out.
2.2 Diesel is the only option so that slightly limits your choice. All cars have a third row of folding seats.
Go for VTR Spec. That has everything you need. Exclusive Spec is overkill.
Pay £15,000 for a 3 year old C-Crosser VTR with no more than 30,000 on the clock.
C-Crossers, like all Citroens, are great value nearly new so buy at two years old after the big hit has been taken by someone else.
