The Peugeot 807 is an often forgotten big MPV in the classic French mould of the Renault Espace. Like that car, it is big, tough and a bit barge like to drive.
It's great value, the Peugeot 807. It's also huge and has room for 7 plus luggage. Often used for mini cabbing duties and, in terms of robustness, you cannot say fairer than that.
You will save yourself around £1500 by opting for a petrol engine. If you do, the 2.2 is slightly better at dealing with the 807's weight. Go diesel if you can afford to. Peugeot diesels are always excellent.
There really are a lot of trim options with the 807. Some with deeply silly names. If you can live with driving a car with Zenith written on the boot then fine, otherwise SE spec will be adequate.
A 3 year old 2.2 petrol 807 should cost no more than £8500. Mileage should be less than 40,000.
