Hi there,

I'm going to be a first time car owner and like the look of the Alfa Romeo 156 but am wondering about the economics and maintaining this car?

Hi

If you can afford the insurance of a large engined family saloon and if you buy carefully, there is no reason that this will cost you much more to run than a Ford or Vauxhall. The difference is 3 or 4 MPG and a few quid at each service...
