Question

Hi,

I want to buy a BMW 320 CI SE, or the 320 M Sport model on a 54 plate and am looking to spend £10,000.

Any ideas on where to look and which model would be the best to buy?

 Advice greatly appreciated,

Thanks, Arif.

Answer

Hi Arif,

With that budget you are looking at 2002 or 2003 registered cars. I would go for the CI SE because the Sport version is atleast another £1,200 more, so you will probably end up with an 02 plate and it gives you only a bit more bang.

And if you are thinking about a M3 then you are about £7,000 short...

So the 170+ BHP of the 320 CI SE is more than enough and the ride is easier to live with day-today. Plus you can get an 03 or maybe a 53 plate car....

Good luck

Matt
