CHEVROLET has a new vision and it comes in the form of an in-car entertainment system fitted in the Tacuma MPV.

Based on the 1.6SX model, the new Tacuma Vision comes with a DVD system and two screens that fit to the back of the front head restraints.

The DVD player is portable and can be used out of the vehicle with a rechargeable battery or plug-in mains supply.

One of the two seven-inch TFT screens contains the player complete with an infra-red wireless link for the headphones that does away with the need for cables.

The Vision costs £10,995 and in true Chevrolet tradition comes fully loaded with masses of equipment and comprehensive purchase package.

Standard kit includes darkened rear windows, air conditioning, three individual removable rear seats, four electric windows, remote central locking and steering wheel-mounted controls for the Blaupunkt RDS radio/single CD player.

It is powered by a new 1.6-litre petrol engine that achieves a combination of 45mpg economy and 105mph performance.

As with all Chevrolets, the Tacuma Vision comes with three year's servicing and AA Total Recovery as part of the purchase package.
