Hi
My car was involved in an accident and the 3rd parties insurers have raised a cheque as it was 'uneconomical' to repair.
I have had the vehicle inspected and all that need replacing is the drivers side indicator. On an HPI check it was catogory C. What do i need to do to make my car legal to drive again?
I have replaced the indicator and it is due an MOT soon so will the MOT certificate be enough, or do I need any other documentaion to make it legal?
Thanks

Hi
The Association of British Insurers say that a Category C write off is a Vehicle extensively damaged and the insurer has decided not to repair. The vehicle should have an independent inspection before being allowed back onto the road.
So an MOT should be adequate.
