Just put a deposit on a 03 Reg Type R and the garage have put a M.O.T. on it.
Do you think it will still need a 15 point check etc or something similar?

An M.O.T. is a great way to ensure that a car is safe and road worthy. It means that all the fundamentals, like the engine, suspension/running gear, windscreen and lights will be safe and in working order.
For more of what is covered in an M.O.T. take a look at our checklist.
But, it won't tell you if the car has had its recalls, software updates or if there is anything that might be close to failing, nearly due for chainging at a service or flush out any potentially 'big bills.'
The best way to protect yourself against that is a service at a Honda main dealer or a Honda specialist. Take a look in our Garage Directory.
