HYUNDAI has introduced a limited edition version of its stylish Coupe model with some cosmetic enhancements and a more imposing stance.
Performance stays the same, however, despite a sportier appearance and some revisions to the handling.
Based on the two-litre S111 model, the new TS111 gets a price hike of £1,575 to £19,595, which covers the cost of the sports suspension, quilted leather seats, anthracite alloy wheels, quad exhaust finishers and a larger boot spoiler with integral brake light.
There are four paint options of black, red, white or grey and inside there are chrome sill guards with a TSIII logo, metal-trimmed pedals and footrest plus metal-look finishes on the steering wheel, centre console and air vents.
Hyundai says that it has left the power output unchanged at 141bhp in order to maintain the car's relatively modest insurance grouping, which means a 0-60mph acceleration time of 9.3 seconds and a top speed just shy of 130mph.
Only a small number of TS111s will be available for the UK market and each will be covered by a five-year warranty.
