NISSAN has completed a summer spruce-up on its popular Pixo city car with a tax and toll-saving drop in emissions.
The compact model, which costs from £7,250, now features fresh exterior colours and an improved interior.
And changes to the 1.0-litre three cyclinder engine tune, along with aerodynamic improvements, have combined to reduce CO2 levels by 4g/km to 99g/km, allowing the Pixo to enjoy tax benefits, congestion charge exemption and reduced emissions.
Inside, the door trims around the glovebox and centre console are now black rather than grey and all models are now fitted with an electronic auto-dimming rear view mirror.
Glistening Grey and Midnight Purple are two new metallic colours, while six other shades are also available.
Prices are from £7,250 for the 1.0-litre 68PS Visia model, which can return an average 65.7mpg, rising to £9,150 for the range-topping n-tec automatic.
