Question

i was looking at a kangoo today everything was fine with it ,but too things bothered me when i started it up the milage took a min to show up, like it went 000000 then 039234 would this happen?the other thing was the engine check light didnt light up and go out when started .does it only light up if theres a problem? 2000 renault kangoo 19d

Answer

The engine management light should come on and go out - this is a good sign. Without seeing the speedo we canot be certain but there is no reason from what you have said to be worried about taht either.
