SPANISH car company SEAT has released more information about its forthcoming upper-medium saloon model that is due here next summer.
Images, albeit in near-silhouette guise, are being put out giving potential punters a clue about what to expect.
The car is likely to target current owners of the Ford Mondeo and Volkswagen Passat, and SEAT is also keen to steal some of the thunder of the forthcoming Vauxhall Insignia.
All the company is saying at the moment is the new model is based on a current Volkswagen platform and will be a four-door saloon with a wide choice of petrol and diesel engines from parent company VW.
All versions will come with cruise control, steering wheel-mounted audio controls, dual zone climate control, MP3 connectivity and alloy wheels.
