Question

How do you take a front bumper off a 1997 Seat Toledo 1.9 S E diesel that has front fog lights please?

Answer

Look for the support brackets from underneath the car – you’ll have to jack it up first, so don’t even think about it if you don’t have axle stands and a safe, level surface to work on. The bumper simply unbolts, but you’ll probably have to trace the fog light wiring back to a plug as you remove the bumper so that you can disconnect them.
