Used Car Expert ask, "What do I get if I buy a Used Approved Toyota?"

Are the cars inspected?

“All Toyota Approved vehicles are given a thorough inspection by an approved technician before being sold. If the vehicle is not up to our rigorous standards, your Official Toyota Centre will rectify all faults free of charge.”

Do they have a history check?

“All Toyota Approved cars* have their mileage independently checked to ensure that the car has a clean history, and has never been 'clocked'. Only cars with a clean history can qualify for Toyota Approved status.”

What kind of cars do you sell?

“We have increased the vehicle age eligibility of used Toyota vehicles on the scheme from 5 years and 60,000 miles, to seven years with no upper mileage limit, to offer you even greater peace of mind.”

What’s included…

Warranty? “All major components of your vehicle are included in the 12 month Toyota Warranty. Either you keep the remainder of the original 3 year, 60,000 mile warranty, or we extend the Warranty to cover 12 months/unlimited mileage from the date of purchase.”

Exchange policy? “If you are not satisfied with your car for any reason, you can return it within 30 days (with no more than 500 miles covered since delivery) and exchange it for a car of at least equal value.”

Recovery? “RAC Eurocare Roadside Assistance gives you comprehensive breakdown and recovery services in the UK, as well as emergency repair and recovery services in 36 countries around Europe through the Club Toyota Programme.”
