Question

I have been offered a Toyota Corolla Verso T2 1.8 VVT-i 5 doors.

it is low milleage (around 2,900), Oct 07 Reg (ie 57).

It has got scratches. Price quoted for repair to scratches £1,555.00

Hi George,

Normally, when a mainstream car needs that much work, my advice would be to walk away and find another.

But there are less than 50 2007 year Corollas on the market right now, so I can understand why you want to consider this.

Really, you need to ask for atleast £1,000 off. But with so few Corollas on the market and the reputation for reliability the seller may choose to wait and find another buyer.
