A basic listing only gets call back requests by email & the adverts are shown much less than the paid-for adverts.

Plus, they do not not carry our recommendation like premium dealers do. So you will get less enquiries...

But with a no-risk premium listing, your cars are displayed in our best locations, recommended by us and we promote your phone number and website - it makes all the difference.

The following prices are for independent non-Franchise dealers only. Franchises should call us on 0800 321 3102.

When you advertise on Used Car Expert.co.uk, you 'Pay As You Go' so there is no risk

We take a test payment of £1 now
You will be charged at the end of each month, for the enquiries you have received, up to your agreed monthly cap
- Calls are £12 each (independents only - Franchise calls are £15)
- Emails are £6 (independents only - Franchise emails are £7)
- Web 'clicks' are £1 each (but we do offer discounts to long-term partners)
- We deduct the admin fee from the cost of enquiries, so if you only get one call your bill will still only be £12.00. Not £14.99.
The standard monthly cap is £100, packages start at £50.
If there are no enquiries in a month, we take a £2.99 admin fee. If you don't make more money from sales than the admin fees, we refund them at the end of the contract.

Terms and Contitions

UsedCarExpert.co.uk Advertising Agreement

ALL AGREEMENTS WITH USED CAR EXPERT ARE SUBJECT TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND & WALES

Please also read the website (the Site) terms and conditions carefully before continuing. Using this Site indicates that you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not use the Site. Please read these Conditions carefully as they govern the provision of Services by the Site to you. The Site may modify these Conditions from time to time and you should therefore ensure that you review these Conditions regularly.

You, the Dealer/Advertiser agree that:

1. By requesting a classified listing you are agreeing to supply your car stock to our servers, for us to display on our website and use that data as required by us.

2. By providing your credit card details for a test payment you are agreeing to pay for enquiries at the rate promoted on http://www.UsedCarExpert.co.uk/dealer/advertise

UsedCarExpert.co.uk agrees:

1. To keep your personal and credit card information secure at all times

2. To deliver the services as set out on http://www.UsedCarExpert.co.uk/dealer/advertise

3. To only charge for services at the agreed rate and in the agreed way

Limit of Liability

The Site shall provide the Services with reasonable care and skill and in a professional and timely manner.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Advertiser acknowledges and accepts that it is technically impossible to provide the Services free of faults, interruptions or errors and that the Site does not undertake to do so. The Site may at any time update or withdraw any Service or vary the Website or any part thereof by notice to the Advertiser or by publishing new details.

Notwithstanding that nothing in the Agreement shall exclude or restrict any liability the Site may have that can not be excluded by law, the Site shall not be liable to the Advertiser for any reason.

Any warranties, terms or conditions of any kind whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, implied terms of satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose, are hereby expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Advertiser shall indemnify and keep the Site fully indemnified against all claims, costs, proceedings, demands, losses, damages, expenses or liability whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any breach of the Agreement by the Advertiser, any third party complaints or claims brought against the Site in respect of any Data provided by the Advertiser, the subject matter thereof in connection with any Service, and for any claim that the use by the Site of any Data provided by the Advertiser infringes any third party intellectual property rights or other third party rights.

Length of agreement

The contract will last 3 years from the date of the test payment, except if the Advertiser is not happy for any reason, with the service within the first 3 months, they may cancel at that point.

Guarantee & Refund

At the end of the contract, if the Advertiser does not wish to continue using the services and has not made more from sales than from admin fees, UsedCarExpert.co.uk will refund all the admin fees paid throughout the period of the agreement.
